The Endress+Hauser Liquiline™ CM442 is an extensible 1- to 2-channel field transmitter designed for continuous liquid analysis across all process industries. Powered by non-contact inductively coupled Memosens digital technology, the CM442 automatically identifies connected sensors, loads calibration parameters, and initiates measurement immediately.

The Liquiline CM442 4-wire controller manages 1 or 2 Memosens channels concurrently. It converts sensor signals inductively at the sensor head, eliminating interference from moisture, corrosion, or ground loops.
It supports up to 12 parameters: pH, redox/ORP, ISFET, conductive/inductive conductivity, dissolved oxygen, nitrate, turbidity, free chlorine, and sludge level. Data logging and backup configuration files are handled via an integrated SD card reader. Communication options include PROFIBUS DP, Modbus RS485, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet.
